The same is true for our wellness. All the components and systems in each of our unique body and mind needs to work together. But we don’t approach it that way, do we? We often rely on generic plans designed by others, for others.

This is why our plans tend to break down instead of break through.

Personalized Wellness Blueprint Details 

We'll pinpoint your specific obstacles and the strategies to overcome them. You’ll get detailed guidance on what actions to take (and which ones to avoid), along with mindset tools to empower you to feel in control of your health. 

 

As a Registered Dietitian, PhD Scientist, Personal Trainer and Certified Life Coach, I’ll create your personalized plan to help you feel your best! 

Your "Personalized Wellness Blueprint" package includes:

Health Assessment (60 mins):

  • This is an interactive assessment of your sleep, eating and exercise habits, digestive health and stress levels (to include discussion of your daily routine).
  • Review your health goals, what’s gone well in the past, what’s going well now, what isn’t working and the obstacles preventing you from reaching your goals. 

Personalized Wellness Blueprint (Delivered 7 days after the Health Assessment):

  • Plan includes: a summary of your goals and recommendations to up-level your health in each of the assessment areas: nutrition, movement, sleep, digestive health, and mindset.

Review of Personalized Wellness Blueprint (30 Minute Virtual Meeting):

  • Review your Blueprint and we’ll tweak it based on your feedback. 
  • Schedule two follow-up sessions (both sessions will occur within three weeks following the review of your plan).

Follow-up coaching sessions (2 sessions, 45-minutes each)*:

  • During these sessions, we’ll check-in on your progress and I’ll offer additional feedback to keep you moving forward. 

*Additional coaching sessions are available if you wish to continue with 1-on-1 support.
